2. Scope and Commitment

AutomotiveB2B is a professional (B2B) platform aimed at distributors and companies in the automotive spare-parts sector.

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of the personal data provided through the website and of the technical data generated automatically while browsing.

Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

3. Data We Process

Distributor registration or contact form

  • First and last name.
  • Company.
  • Tax ID (CIF or NIF).
  • Email address.
  • Telephone.
  • Any other information the user voluntarily provides.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to handle the request.

Browsing data

When you access the website, the server automatically records certain technical data, such as:
