Shipping Policy
Your orders are delivered by our logistics partners: GLS, DSV and FedEx, as well as other first-class carriers depending on the destination and type of shipment. Every order travels with its own tracking number: request it from us and you can check where your order is at any time on the carrier’s website.

Dispatch and delivery times: AUTOMOTIVEB2B guarantees handover to the carrier once we receive confirmation of your payment, provided the items are in stock, and except where this falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day after the day the payment is received. Please also note that the periods are calculated in working days and may be affected by local or national holidays.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SHIPMENTS BE MADE TO PO BOXES
Delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch from our warehouses. To guarantee a safe and fast delivery, you can always contact the company to arrange a delivery time.
IMPORTANT: When receiving the shipment from any transport company, make sure you sign indicating “Subject to inspection”; this preserves your right to claim against the transport company.
If any incident occurs with the shipment, please notify us as soon as possible, within a maximum of 24 hours, so that we can follow up the incident with the transport company. If the package shows any damage or signs of improper handling, please record it in writing at the time of delivery. Make sure you have provided us with the correct delivery address.
In the event of missing details or an incomplete or incorrect address, the company is not responsible for the return costs imposed by the transport companies. These costs must be paid by the customer.
