Returns and Warranties
No returns of any kind are accepted without prior notice. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order to return it (in accordance with Articles 102 et seq. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
You only need to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or refund perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date of the package. Any claim must be notified within 24 hours of the date of receipt of the package. In the event of a return, you must contact us at info@automotiveb2b.com, indicating the subject “Return…” and your name, together with an explanation of the reason for the return. You will receive an email with the instructions and/or the authorisation for a possible return to AUTOMOTIVEB2B. All costs incurred in returning the item shall be borne by the buyer.
Points to bear in mind: If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, you have a period of 14 calendar days to do so. In this case, once acceptance of the return has been confirmed, you have the following options:
- Exchange the item for another with the same or different characteristics.
- Receive a voucher for the amount to be refunded, to be used on a future purchase.
- Receive a refund of the price of the products.
In all cases the customer shall bear the costs of the return.
If the product arrives in poor condition, notify us as soon as possible, always within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will provide a solution. If you have doubts about how the product works and wish to return it, please contact our customer service first and we will help you solve the problem. Always within the first 14 days of receiving the product.
If the item does not work properly or has a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service as soon as you identify the defect, always within the applicable legal warranty period. In the event of a fault and/or manufacturing defect, the user has the right to repair, replacement or a reduction in the price of the product. In the event of a return, the item will be analysed by our technical department; if no fault is identified, the customer will bear all shipping costs, both for the return and for sending the new product where applicable. Please check that the item really does have a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, following approval by the technical department, the same product will be sent back to you.
Once the return is approved and we receive the goods in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, AUTOMOTIVEB2B will accept the return of the product and will proceed either to resend the same item, to exchange it, or to refund the price of the product by means of a discount voucher for your next purchase or a bank transfer in your favour (approximate refund time of 2 to 4 weeks).
